Kara Werner serves as Vice President and General Manager of Life Sciences, Research & International Sequencing at Tempus AI, where she has worked for 7+ years in various capacities. Prior to Tempus, Kara worked at Accenture as an Engagement Manager, supporting Life Sciences clients across commercial excellence and growth strategy projects. She has also worked with venture capital and early stage health technology companies. Kara received a bachelor's degree with honors in Industrial Engineering and IDEAS from Lehigh University and earned an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Tsuyoshi Mitsuhashi is Representative Director and President of GenMine Labs Corp., where he currently leads the company's efforts to advance precision medicine in Japan. He joined Konica Corporation (now Konica Minolta, Inc.) in 1988 and has spent more than 30 years in the company's healthcare business. After 2017, he subsequently served as Director of the Precision Medicine Business Division at Konica Minolta, where he played a key role in expanding the company's precision medicine and diagnostics business in Japan. He also played a key role in promoting the adoption of GenMineTOP, a comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) test for cancer developed jointly with the University of Tokyo and the National Cancer Center Research Institute. In October 2025, he was appointed Representative Director and President of GenMine Labs Corp., a position he holds currently.

Shijun Jo is Head of Life Science Solution at SB TEMPUS, where he leads the delivery of multimodal real-world data and analytics services to pharmaceutical and life sciences companies in Japan. Prior to joining SB TEMPUS, he worked at ITOCHU Corporation, where he was responsible for sales of active pharmaceutical ingredients and drug products to pharmaceutical companies, as well as new business development. He later joined CureApp, a digital therapeutics startup, where he led business partnerships with multiple pharmaceutical companies and, as Head of Overseas Business, drove product development and strategic partnerships for the U.S. market.

Dr. Nike Beaubier serves as Senior Vice President, Life Science Pathology at Tempus. Dr. Beaubier most recently served as Medical Director of the Diagnostic Molecular Biology Laboratory at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Assistant Professor of Pathology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She earned a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Texas, Austin, a master of science from Stanford University and her medical degree from Columbia University. She completed an Anatomic Pathology residency, followed by a Molecular Genetic Pathology Fellowship at Columbia, then a Gastrointestinal/Surgical Pathology Fellowship at Northwestern University.
