Olivier Harismendy, PhD, is Vice President of Translational Data Science and Computational Biology at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, where he leads biomarker strategy and computational research in support of the oncology pipeline. His work on Cyclin E1 as a predictive biomarker for azenosertib contributed to FDA Fast Track designation and the design of a first registrational study, and has yielded three biomarker patents. With over 20 years of experience in cancer genomics, bioinformatics, and precision medicine, he brings a rare combination of bench-to-clinic translational expertise and computational depth. Prior to Zentalis, he led the Oncogenomics Laboratory at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center, where he trained over 30 scientists, developed assays and analysis of novel data types, and published over 90 peer-reviewed articles. Dr. Harismendy earned his PhD from Paris Cité University and his engineering degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Paris.

Dr. Xiaolin Zhu is a genitourinary medical oncologist and physician-scientist at UCSF. His research combines genetics and genomics to study the mechanisms of treatment resistance in prostate and other GU cancers, with a focus on translating molecular findings into patient care. He earned his MD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a PhD in genetics and genomics from Duke University, before completing a residency in internal medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at UCSF. He is a recipient of the Young Investigator Award from the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation.

Wilson Ngai is an accomplished pharmaceutical leader with over 20 years of global experience in Medical Affairs. He has a successful track record supporting products across their lifecycle, contributing to seven major launches in oncology and other therapeutic areas. A key focus of his work is generating real-world and HEOR evidence to support product use and increase market access.

Shelley is a PhD-level computational biologist with a history in both academia and industry and a demonstrated ability to deliver valuable insights and action-oriented solutions to complex biological problems via bioinformatics, genomic data analysis, databases, software engineering, and advanced data-driven methods. Ultimately, she is driven by the goal of improving the lives of patients with cancer and other complex diseases through genomics and data analytics.
